Clue Weapons

So, my wife took the job as assistant director for the fall play at the high school where she works.  When I found out they were doing "Clue," I immediately volunteered to make stage safe weapons for them.  They took me up on the offer, which led to a couple of months of awesome making.  The wrench, knife, lead pipe (and bent lead pipe for after it's been used as a murder weapon) and candlestick are all carved from EVA foam, which means the kids can whack each other and everybody stays safe.  The half knife is magnetic and connects to the harness that goes under the performers costume.  The noose is a proper noose, but there's an extra knot in the end so it won't slide and choke someone.  The revolver came from Dollar General, but some Apoxy Sculpt, spray paint and Rub N Buff turned it into a serviceable stage prop.
